If I spend $10000.00 on KWG.A shares @ $15.00 = 667 shares (200100 sub shares)
BOTH REPRESENT THE SAME AMOUT OF VOTES (other than they round up the . Shares so you may end up with tiniest little bit more shares) unless you buy at $15.02 thus less
pretending that somehow my KWG.A shares (dollar value) holds more voting capabilities over my KWG sub shares is totally wrong, and I truly can't help you any longer. But misrepresenting the weight either shares carriers is wrong, I own them and know 1st hand.
