RE:RE:CYP gets water rightsIt was slightly different jcoop - this one was a sales agreement signed not just a LOI - but still not what was expected. As usual, the Cypress news release was somewhat vague and left out certain information - which left people wondering..... which thankfully at least Nevada Sunrise understood to add in.....
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nevada-sunrise-signs-definitive-agreement-113000015.html
Namely.... "
Nevada Sunrise and Cypress are now working towards receiving necessary approvals from the State of Nevada, including the extension of time required for the Permit," If you look at the NV state permit site - you can see the permit expired/forfeited. What makes no sense is why they allowed it to expire in the first place? You would think they would want to keep the permit in active standing while negotiations were going on, so things would be ready to release and go..... but it's being dragged on still.

Been doing some golfing and playing some more this weekend. Still holding my shares until we get to the end, wherever that is. I suspect a partner is lurking out there ( Albemarle , Tesla , other ? ) and will buy into the project after the pilot proves out positive recoveries, econimics etc.
Until then we wait. Today's news was fluff, we already new about this, hence the market reaction. This is the blurb from back in May, look similar ?
VANCOUVER, BC, May 10, 2021 /CNW/ - Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. ("Nevada Sunrise", or the "Company") (TSXV: NEV) (OTC: NVSGF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with Cypress Development Corp. of Vancouver, BC, Canada (TSXV: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) ("Cypress") for the sale to Cypress of its water rights in Clayton Valley, Nevada (the "Transaction"). The Transaction is pursuant to the terms of the LOI and is a major milestone for Cypress' Clayton Valley Lithium Project, near Silver Peak, Nevada.
