Welland, if you ask me it doesn't matter who owns the 35% be it Wyloo or BHP. Throw in the boards 10% and Bao's 4%, it's still adds up to below 62% to take this private. We are the problem. We own too much of this company. Wyloo has offered a quasi olive branch in that they would let us stay as partners with them in control.
