Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:1.99 canadianManagement is judged based upon market cap/ share price....not all those accomplishments you've listed. In fact raising cash a few weeks after publicly stating they already had enough to get casino thru permitting would be considered a failure by many of us....not an accomplishment...unless you consider share dilution an accomplishment. At a minimum even if a good decision in your mind...you should at least agree very poor planning and communication that leads to lack of investor confidence.

We are well below where we should be trading...even you admit as much stating it's a good buying opportunity. So I'll ask....who is accountable for the fact we trade at a discount to our peers? What is WRN doing from an IR standpoint to drive market cap closer to a reasonable 30% NPV ...or about 2-3 times current. Even management expected us to start closing the gap.
