RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Our phoenix has
ok. It was not an attack. Also, thank you for looking into it and providing those links. I did read all of those though, and never say any agreement for them purchasing anything during the 5 yr term, only exclusivity in the Japan region and the Tabletz brand.... Which, honestly, means absolutely nothing. They can easily change name and packaging as they have for cryopharm and others. Perhaps the region is restricted, which is fine, as tabletz has Asia cred and knowledge. It most definitely does not tie them to by anything in any volume at anytime. Tabletz could very well not buy a thing from NU as far as we know. Aside from the initial order that they paid deposit on it appears, and if they were willing to lose deposit....=0 We still have no idea how big that working capital deposit is... my guess is 10% to be honest think Glen may have even mentiomned it but unsure so don't quote me on that. Either way, aside from the deposit, there are no obligations going forward and what it amounts to is still in doubt as long as they seem to fail in any kind of execution. A definitive agreement means very little to be honest. This is why timeliness are not set or held to and everything is essentially in doubt. That isin't flip flopping, it just appears to be the present facts. More concrete information and tangible facts are required at this point. Why not be frustrated or doubtful otherwise as an investor at this point? Though, again Ed, not and attack and thank you for the work for links.(I did read that agreement multiple times, I did research it)
