RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Our phoenix has We can't have every single discussion over and over again lol. Those weren't agreements exclusive or otherwise. They were MOU (memorandum of understanding which is even less than letter of intent which is less than any agreement which is less than any exclusive agreement) only if I remember correctly . I'd say that they simply didn't go anywhere except like most things NU we can't say for certain that's the case lol. If I remember correctly (and I generally do lol) I'm pretty sure the Tabletz deal happened through connections made for the NSP one that never did. Also while slightly different products I could see the same IP having made it easier to get japan to test our product (the NSP hemp omega one was approved).
The reason that deal didn't really go anywhere is clear. Neither one of those companies had the money back then to both manufacture AND distribute the product (distribution costs can be at least the same and offer times more than manufacturing). That's why these types of deals (known as private labels and white label deals ) as annoying as they can be to get the kinks worked out (lots of different moving parts vs vertically interstates ) is also a great one for insulating against major overhead and/or loss. Once running smoothly this type of business model is a license to print money. The possibilities can become dizzying. It's why I've parked my cash here and am swinging for the fences. GLTUA
