what i meant by being able to rebrand...would not be in Japan, that is exclusive. But, it is our ingredients and if we provide it to another partner, those ingredients and formulation would simply be in a different package and name. Cryopharm isint selling the tabletz for example. Although, from what the agreement says...that couldn't be done in Japan. They could produce the same exact thing for US, Canada or Europe with a different name easily though. The product is not exclusive, just the name and location. Atleast that is what it appears to be to me.
