The following sentence "Every license agreement I have negotiated has gotten Sernova excellent terms and I will continue to fight for the best deals for Sernova and our investors" means that there are already negotiated contracts and they might only need to be reviewed and confirmed by lawyers.

This would also mean that there could be several deals by the end of the year. :)
