RE:CNC/NOB/SHL getting very confusing.

RE:CNC/NOB/SHL getting very confusing. The CNC/SHL/NOB is certainly very confusing although one thing is clear... CNC acquired Crawford from SHL and NOB and as a result SHL and NOB combined owns approx. 20% of outstanding CNC shares.  SHL and NOB also own significant stakes in each other as well.  I am just trying to figure it all out... We know NOB and CNC property agreement and subsequent issuance of CNC shares to NOB (and subsequently to NOB shareholders as has been suggested by NOB) has been delayed for months... Mark has said nothign to do with agreement and purely an issue of delays at the exchange approving documents... IMO this delay for this reason is getting a little long in the tooth.  Last week we saw SHL unexpectedly postpone issuance of CNC shares as a dividend to its shareholders.  Many have suggested this was SHL mgmt mistake... while this may be true I am not convinced as SHL issued a CNC dividend to its shareholders last year without issue so they kniw what they are doing.  I just wonder if all of this is related and there is a big player who wants CNC or a piece of CNC and has made an offer to CNC and/or NOB and/or SHL for these shares?  IMO any potential big player would want to secure as many of these shares as possible dealing w/ the individual companies rather than 100s of shareholders.  No idea... pure speculatoin on my part... We'll see soon enough.
