The Macraes Operation on the South Island of New Zealand is an active gold producing mine. Its Waihi Operation in the North Island of New Zealand is an underground operation. The Haile Gold Mine, located in Kershaw, South Carolina, is a gold mine on the East Coast.

what I would have done

what I would have done2 had 2 ceo's babling how the great the filipine workforce is.
I would pay them extra and let them work at the other mines instead of firing them.
Still be cheaper than what we pay us. Even if they can only work a few months at a time or so.
