RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lithium Supply & Markets 2021, September 20-22, 2021 Greektome,

I do not really worry about the permit, but if I would be offtake offering party, I would be noticing / mentioning as many risks as possible and risks would reduce the offer. The Li prices is going up, but I would mention that it was happening before following 2 years of oversupply...Offtake offers stability (and opportunity to borrow from banks) and the stability worth something.

I do not think NLC should lock itself into the large, long-term discounted contract. But if ther is an opportunity to raise of debt 100M using offtake, NLC should jump on it. OPEX is expected to be so low, that 15% discount would reduce super-profit, but bring cash that needed to build ponds. Also, it would improve negoatiation terms with CATL, NLC won't be desperate and won't need much dillutions.
Just some specualtions. I am not against $20/share ASAP, will retire immediately aftet that.

No, no vacations....damn COVID locks us in, cannot wait to go somewhere. Was not going on much for awhile, now it is differently. The prices are shooting up together with a demand internally it is quiet, but we know that NLC is progressing fast. It should evolve into pre-production company within 6 month, which is huge on its own.

I think NLC has larger deposit than most imagine. Everywhere they drill there is Li, they drill deeper, the grades just getting higher. There are "hot springs" pumping Li into the lake and as per old presentation "the source is unknown". The lake itself is a brine. The filtering tech is on the rise  and maybe within 10 years entire lake will be resource.
