Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. Yes, it is all about the future isn't it.  LOL   But I only wonder at your confusion.
 
"Copper stocks are surging today up 8% or more. NCU? unchanged to down."
 
You mean to tell me that NCI isn't on everyone radar for a copper play?   Oh darn!

Did you really expect this one-trick pony start-up to get the same attention and interest as the majors or even mid-tier producers when copper prices rise?    Sorry, but the market doesn’t act like that.  NCI is a case in point.   Who jumped into NCU last Fall?  Speculators looking for under-valued projects, not funds looking to cash in on the next run-up, so there is a time delay between when the news hits the market and when gem hunters look for bargains.
