RE:RE:EOM PrevailsThe next step in the arbitration as reported in the release, both parties are requested to advise the tribunal of their costs for the arbitration, For EOM they can include all loans and costs associated with funding our arbitration. Apparently we will be reimbursed those costs and to my knowledge they do not to to the CRV holders but to shareholders.so all the Trex loans reimbursement will come to shareholders at least that is my impression of what was previously released by the company.
