RE:Spoke to PRThanks Benric, for sharing tidbits of your conversation with SilverSprout mgmt with all of us on this board. I can honestly say, on behalf of everyone here that it is VERY much appreciated. Which more than i can say for the unprofessional folks at Silver Sprout. I personally gave up trying a long time ago, to get ANY clarity, direction or just basic info that s/h are LEGALLY due from this mgmt team or ANY publically traded entity. When you start to see things like phone calls not being returned or emails gone unanswered for long periods (if ever) or the complete lack of transparency..........you get the message and you KNOW things won't end up well. As they've obviously haven't.
In retrospect, it's interesting to KNOW that things MIGHT have been resloved with Pino DE Plata in January of this year. It's just a shame, that mgmt couldn't be transparent and/or honest enough with their s/h and have kept them apprised. A damn shame, but i didn expect anything less especially after the experiences i've had with them & everything i've stated above. Honestly, i really don't blame them or anyone else for ANY contractual discussion going "sour", no one here should really. Folks have to understand that sh*t happens with these delicate third party or counterparty negotiations, especially when there's some form of great wealth/assets at stake. What i do blame the folks at Silver Sprout is transparency or the total lack of it, the underhanded tactics & the total dishonesty towards investors. That my friends, i'm certain NO ONE will disagree with me here. At least no investor who's competent rational or levelheaded and understands.
With regards to Pino, i think what has transpired within the last few weeks, the slight changes or indications they've made in their news releases and what seems to be a clear avoidance to give you straight answers to your queries on that subject......should be proof enough for ANYONE of what has happened with the Pino property.
I think our ONLY hope here is that Au/Ag prices recover somewhat in the next few weeks to give the stock a small boost. Maybe with golld & silver prices being in a slump, with a bit of time and some impatience on Pino's land owners, it MAY entice them to return to the negotiating table with fewer & more reasonable demands and hopefully strike somekind of deal with mgmt. Aside from those events, i doubt we have anything else worth waiting for in the bread basket.......and it may be a very harsh, long & uneventfull next few months for SSE s/h.
Good luck & God speed
