RE:Castle selling / should / will this makes difference

RE:Castle selling / should / will this makes differenceCastle ?

i traked the loading on TMX for several days..  most of the swaps here were PBC-TD-Scot-CIBC-NA a few canacord -Morgan.. Castle may hav gone out thru instinet abd their luxemburg desk..

when hard to say - probably the day they filed the SEDAR fo 30M..

I suspect - don't kno; but castle may hav physical delivery of the initial NCI Stoks..

instinet facilitates dest 2 desk transactions...  i suspect the CL Stoks were sold overseas to dealers - then bak to RBC/Etc

in addition... there may hav been bonding restrictions, for sales not to occur in the UK or USA and could only B sold dealer to dealer..

i see this in the Royal  Bank of Scotland (and others PR[ENB] issued by RBS) where here - with; or/in thier RY.PR series,,  the initial notes are restricted to sale:: only dealer - to dealer on the value exchange..  eventually these coupon bonds do make its way to TSX and interactive brokers allows for the purchase or sale of the instruments...

i was under the impression that NCI Stoks are around 20% in the open market..  so for the last 2 or 3 weeks; 10% of the total shares of NCI have gone thur the exchanges..

more interesting - wold B to see who is registering large bloks of NCI - such as Funds /Insider Rules..  i think they hav two weeks after their last purchase  ????
