RE:RE:Castle selling / should / will this makes difference
RE:RE:Castle selling / should / will this makes differenceThose Castlelake shares were sold during the month of August. Take a look at the chart and volume during August. The big drop from 17 cents to 9 cents occurs at that time and a good portion came before our q2 release with a further sell down after. The insiders then decided to get paid (rights and options) at the 9 cent area. Good timing on their part.
It is good that they now have an incentive to see the share price grow but one does wonder about the timing. Anyway, they basically ended up with +- 3 or 4% of the company. Now I expect good news flow and goals to be met. The sand bag has been lifted. The dike is done. New stopes and faces are being accessed. the long term debt will be extended (probably along side a financing) the fans will arrive for installation before too long, and we are off to the races.
IMO it is a great buying opportunity but the question remains to be answered whether it is best to buy now or a few days after the consolidatation. Anyway, that part is just a pychological / technical / trader type gambit.
Good luck to all,.

Anyway, 37 million shares sold by C.L. in a "series of sale" is a big deal because those are not 'churn' sales (ie people selling and rebuying as traders do.) It will have put huge down pressure on our price at precisely the worst time (dike delays and impending consolidation.)
I am quite confident (a guess of course) that C.L. is selling as part of an overall attempt to right side their own balance sheet due to owning commercial aircraft (350 of them) that are leased to carriers. They will have their own troubles paying Airbus and or Boeing.
https://www.castlelake.com/ Someone (or a few buyers is / are) getting NCU at a give away price. The insiders remain blacked out. They have been under black out for a long time and so they will only get shares through conversion into rights (as just happened at a low price,) option grants and possibly as part of a new financing (which almost certainly we will be having.)
It is good timing for buyers. There is no BR or BP... that is just nonesense spread by the flounder and his Low-IQ-joe crowd.
I still think we actually get a progressive series of news (mostly good) every two or three weeks now and we track back to a reasonable share price that puts the warrants all back in the money.
Anyway you look at it, this drama will continue to be the gift that keeps on giving, for quite a long time.
