inter brks  -had 25M shares thursday... most of the week was >= 15/0M,,  friday was 6M

a lot of these sales are private..here is CL last filing on 9-10-2021....  snippet !

CL sold on 8-28-2021  they refiled the SEDAR on 9-10..  to a minimal degreeCL has to give notice on stok sales above a percent..  here it 2%..  thats a US Ruel for mutual funda - franklin/vanguard etc....  prevents in theory of floodinthe market - jammin prices...

here is the snippet where L actuall has physical delivery or posession of the NCI securities

off of the SEDAR

3.5
State the designation and number or principal amount of securities and the acquiror’s
securityholding percentage in the class of securities referred to in Item 3.4 over which
(a)
the acquiror, either alone or together with any joint actors, has ownership and
control,
Castlelake funds have ownership and control over all of the securities referred to in Item
3.1 above.

Instinet Canada is a dealer to dealer..  we hav seen this w pala in the past - private placements.

if it records on the TMX then stoks were purchased on the electronic Arcalex or Vuze (CBOT); thats who runs the circutsor owns the lines..

if CL bulk sold thru the instanet desk out of zuric - we may never kno the price and buyer... only that sales were executed under the 14 day window..  past thsi CL has to file another SEDAR..

in the US muni funds hav 5 days to sell...

truthfully, we need to look past friday - 14 days to see who purchased / insiders or 2%%percenters

CL also probably has prior knowledge arrangements w NCI - contracturally that requires them to sell dealer 2 dealer; who then re-sell as holdingn physical stoks; onto the TSX..

Scotia Traders did this last Jan - made a small mess when some fo the dealers/traders were pain in stocks..

we will see what happens monday...  the ask closed here @ 6M  and the Bid @ 12M...the two combined on my destk ahd been running combined around30M b/a...

the ntire run2rut has been a really bad mess...  if this happens again on the split..  may B looking at some seros and loss of serous fluids...
