Good point...it could be. I just know that BlinkAI is a small startup from Boston US, with an office also in China. Similar in a way to NXO. NXO is a small startup from Vancouver with an office also in Korea. Their technology is also similar: at the edge, based on deep learning neural nets, and provide image/video enhancement solutions for poor lighting conditions.
