Great returns- right?
While this is a good move its too little and too late.
Dont spend the $0.12 per share dividend all on bubble gum.  

You can also do the math and see that this is what something like a 10,000% increase in dividend?  Easy to do when you pay next to nothing and then pay just a bit more than nothing!
