XBC's revenue is trending up but there is still a big need to show a return to positive EBITDA for successive quarters. 

What news do you expect would meaningfully get XBC "out of the penatly box" as another poster has put it? It doesnt seem like there is much selling pressure now, but there is also very little buying.
