One concern I had was when he replied to a few questions about the possibility of a buyback, which in previous discussions sounded like the direction the company was leaning. However, I found myself feeling a bit concerned when he started tiptoeing around the topic of a reverse split. Anyone else have an opinion on that part of today's discussion?
To Long101. Interesting to hear your comments. My impression about "reverse split" or similar action was that he was being cautious but said (and I paraphrase) "while I can't tell you anything I wish I could". To me that says the discussions are meaningful and there is something to say. On the balance of the call I was quite disappointed. He spends most of the time telling us what he can't do or can't talk about and he does it at length! A simple quick answer would suffice so that he can talk about things he is allowed to say. He seems unprepared and spends a lot of time reading questions that were posted long before the call started. Then the answer is " I can't talk about that" and then spends time explaining again why he can't talk about it. I would like to hear about interesting things that he can talk about - for example the current cash and equivalents they now have at the bank (he seems OK talking about that!) Anyway - just frustrated about not much solid news.
