Nuttall/Share price compared to WTI So seems amazing to me that Nuttall was able to buy 3 million shares without moving the share price. Leads me to believe there is still large position that is slowly being unwound.
Who is still selling? Most of the small scale investors are all holding because we see such a value disconnect.
Looking at some previous WTI:Share price:
Year WTI ATH
2014 $70 $2.40
2018 $70.7 $1.50
2021 $70.00 $.80
$60 shows the pattern even clearer
2015-05 $60.30 $2.16
2017-12 $60.20 $1.07
2019-03 $60.24 $.90
2019-12 $60.41 $.60
2021-02 $61.50 $.43
2021-08 $61.96 $.73 (first slight reversal of the trend - but it holds at the $70 WTI)
The Halving of the share price at WTI $70 each time is the most troubling. Defies reason as we all know they are rolling in the cash at that price point.
So is this just a lag in a recovering sector, or an indication of a macro disruption of an industry and all of the big money is winding down and getting out - no matter the cost?
We are all hoping for a big jump from the refinance.... but so far no good news has really moved this stock.
Long and holding hopefuly...........
