Absolutely agree Charlie! This looks like either hardball negotiations to get the best deal on their new lease or the prelude to an offer to buy out Beckers. ACT really should just buy the RE and not have to deal with lease agreements, etc. That is what I would do. They have the cash to do so. I know they divested themselves of some RE in various areas a while ago but I think these are prime locations in strong market areas. Perhaps others can shed light on this.... All imho.
