Any concerns with the timing of this?

Good or bad signal I wonder?

I don't know for sure, but if BHP is buying out the company then all those options and resrticted shares will need to be converted to finish the transaction. These are not outstanding shares when this takeout started , but they are part of the fully diluted share count, its basically tidying up loose ends. Its the same for the Wyloo side as the current Noront boardvwill not be part of the "New Noront " where Wyloo said part of the deal was shareholders could keep their shares and go along for the ride if you wanted. Also , only seen Nolan and Coutts exercise so far, not sure what thats sbout. Not really sure this actually changes anything???
