RE:RE:Quebec company wants to send aluminum residue to Congo!So this is the company that tried to manage aluminum toxic residues in order to transform them for the cement industry back in 2010-2017 and that didn't succeed.  The Quebec Environment minister has issues with the technology and prevented the delivery of the usual permits.
