RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Misc insider salesAs far as I remember company insiders have up to 10 days to file new transactions. I believe funds have some exemptions from being captured under the definition of "insiders" even if they own over 5% of the shares thus they only have to file according to their own requirements as a fund. I do not know what those are but from viewing filings it looks like quarterly but in arears for a few months... sooo not very useful.
