A question for which I doubt there is a clear answer

A question for which I doubt there is a clear answer
I was thinking about the issue of the under-treated patients. Assuming they get a proper optimized dose to bring them up to speed, how would that be displayed. If it works and has a good CR rate would that mean that the data would be represented as:

For example, from the first treatment (undertreatment)
90 day NR
180 day NR
270 day NR, but get new optimized/correct treatment at this point.
360 day CR

Do they count if they get to 450 as CR even if they were NR for much of that time due to the undertreatment at time 0. or is it all about maintaining the CR once you get it locked in for the first time?

I'm just curious how the data display might change with time if previous NR's became CR's later in the time course. I full expect TLT to come up with a brand new, confusing way to display the data but curious what people think.
