CBD from hempwas the law at the timed they "binned" the Hemplify. At the time there were over 800 entrants to the CBD market and the rules were still sketchy.
I don't think those products were that good and the story at the time was that it was a way to work out the flavour kinks for Tinley and market test and tweak the product.
I agree that the CBD line could be bread and butter and keep in mind that the Tinley recipes could easily have CBD instead of THC and make a new line of skus.
I would have to agree that it wasn't as great as they made it out to be, initiallly!
Team Tinley has continued to check the "to-do" list off albeit with what seems like an unreasonable amount of delay, but is it, considering the over-regulation and time delays for shelf stability.
Keep in mind that every retailer and dispensary needs to be properly papered up and inspected, as well as anybody else that touches the product from seed to sale.
Tinley is doing business in California with both the THC and sober curious Becketts! We don't have any numbers yet and that is what it is going to take, barring a take-over buyout or our products being recognized as a cancer cure.
It would seem that we picked an excessive amount of "partners" that didn't make muster while others didn't seem to have that problem.
We are at the final stage of consumer loyalty to determine our success and the downside is a stock that is worth nothing or a possible multi-bagger.
All it takes is one successful product to be a success as long as we can supply the chain.
And the co-packing deals are another revenue stream and we will need clarity on that pretty soon to validate it.
This is alot more company than a lot of the late entrant potpreneurs and I daresay that we are on sale right now. The downside could be 100% but the upside could be in the thousands if the sun comes out on Tinley.
