RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad news into Good news

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad news into Good newsMK I don't have any problem with what has happened to the junior market in the last several years.  I've owned many that I have lost on.  I don't blame anyone for that as investors must understand the risk when buying juniors or any other investment that is considered speculative.  One must understand the risk and take responsibility for their own investment decisions.

What I do have a problem is with a management that has given out misleading and imho downright deceptive statements to investors.  Now I do not have anyway to prove this claim.  All I have is my personal experience and the experience of what others have said they've been told.  Eg. when an investors asks serious questions about the FS one is told in effect " You won't believe the numbers" and later discover the numbers from the FS turned out to be a total disaster what is one to think???  This has not only been my experience but the experience of many.  Ask CanadaG on Agora about this yourself.

Now management may have been technically and legally accurate to say you won't believe the numbers but do you think was morally and ethical for them to give such a false and misleading impression?  I can give many other instances where false and misleading impressions were given to shareholders while staying within the bounds of being legally correct in their statements.  Another example is giving investors false and misleading timelines rather than just being honest and telling people they don't know due to the complexity of the project when things will be done.  My friend I mentioned kept hanging on to his shares hoping against hope because of all the misleading timelines given until he was forced to sell at a substantial loss due to a family emergency.  If management had been more straightforward and honest perhaps he would not have sold at an inopportune time as he did.

So after all this you and pumpers have unwaiver faith in this management? I an many others who have been burned do not.  Many of us would like to see this management held to account for their actions and that is why I post on this forum.
