All Wyloo needs to do is put Noront on hold till after September 30 th and they own 37.6 % ..

Then they just offered a seat on their board as icing on their cake and a back room deal for their 9 % of the float ...

At this point Wyloo needs LESS then 5 % to gain full control

Then Forest calls all deals because what been offered is a mere stink bid to gain control

look at the open market and that is where Forest is buying in black pool control for his meagrely less then 5 %
