SAFE Banking Added to Negotiations

SAFE Banking will be added to National Defense Authorization Act. That means Tinley is going to miss yet another cannabis bull run because Jeff failed to position this company to take advantage of it. He won't bother to try and uplist because this company will never trade above .70... and that's what Jeff alluded to when I spoke to him last.
