The stock has dropped from a historical high of over C$50.00 to the current 4 pennies giving allowances for reverse splits.

The Co had raised plenty of cash some10 months ago and still have over $2 million in the bank. Why the hell Chuck still pays out shares to the two worthless directors instead of settling them in cash. The one good thing is that their DSU’s or phantom shares about 5 millions each @ 5 cents - only to be granted when they leave the Co - are worthless.

No news from Quebec gold/scandum drilling and nothing spent in SA according to latest Management Discussions.
