The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Tomorrow could be ugly.

Tomorrow could be ugly. The seeking alpha article was released at 11;00 a.m. and shortly thereafter Cielo started it's slide.  It's probably fair to assume that the article was virtually the sole reason for the drop in price today. We must also assume that the selling pressure was a result of decisions made only by those people that were aware of the article. Many shareholders,( like myself) were only made aware of the article after market close.  As the evening progresses, more and more people will learn of the article. and I would suggest a large number of them will be lined up at the exits as the market opens.

Consider also; 15m shares were sold today, which means of course, that an equivalent number of folks thought it was a good time to buy.  I doubt if too many of today's buyers were aware of the article, when they bought.  I mean, who would read an article with a title,
'bull case crumbles" and goes on to suggest a fair price is 90% lower than it is, and then go out and buy. Some of those folks will surely be second guessing themselves tonight after becoming aware of the article and could also be lined up at the exits at the opening.

Any way you look at it ,the opening should be very active.
