The Company's XRx-008 program is designed for longer term stable chronic oral dosing of xanthine oxidase inhibitors.

you are very correct that I am a rookie with investing. But I'm not a rookie with lawsuits.  McScam and BNN were given a platform and pumped. If McScam just analyze without "pounding the table " then there wouldn't be a case. But he did and if he sold then he profited. They both also have a ethical standards as well
