Look at these relative strengths;

Xebec is now precisely 75% off its high
Ballard is off 64%
FuelCell is off 80%
Pyrogenics is off 56%
Plug is off 68%
Greenlane os off 51%
Cielo is off 65%

People may argue that this is irrelevant, but they would be making a dubious case

I would be far more concerned if Xebec was unique in its poor performance.
It's not.

Nor is it entirely surprising the Xebec ranks near the bottom, given management's recent missteps.
Growing pains.

The fact that management is addressing these issues can be safely assured in light of recent insider buying, as well as the fact that sequentially, over the last 3 quarters, revenues have gone from $6.3 million to $19.6 million to $32.2 million.

Some people may think this is the end for Xebec.
It isn't.
It's the beginning.

Xebec is on the verge of profitability.
Most of the stocks listed above aren't even close.
