I've shared with you my speculations; now that you've brought it up it doesn't look 'great' but could be a variety of reason. Sweet Heart deal seems likely but... A long who needs out for xyz reason but doesn't want to dump 1.6 million shares on the open market, selling into the bid and tanking the stock for others? Someone YOLO'd the equity in their home as it was climbing past 20 and has ran out of hope and needs out now?

Honestly, the theories are endless, would love to hear the speculation or rationale : )

Oh wise BB99 of the board, what wisdom can you share?
