Needless to say they gain from the Liberals as they tend to be more protectionist and would be more likely to bail Air Canada out should the sht hit the fan again. The PC would likely be more than happy to let ownership regulations collapse and an American company take over. Also, better chance for continued subsidies for labor with the Liberals. Needless to say this has been about a 2 billion dollar plus for airlines.
