RE:Level 2 7 Cents? GULP! That's a pretty serious call but I do like them bold besides I have my own.
What Does 7 Cents mean?
You can use this as a reference.
7 Cents puts AMK OZ Cost at ~$5 per OZ ASSUMING M&I + I
Industry Average $81/$5.00 = 16X Not Bad
VARIABLES and Number Play
Deposit DOUBLES Cost of $5.00 are cut to $2.50
Industry Average $81/$2.50 = 32X
This is the Best part, The Gold Is There. Kinda Helps having this type of "Constant" :)
NEXT
Gold Prices
If Bulls are WRONG about a GOLD BULL RUN AMK along with 3K others will get Crushed, stomped on and left for dead.
OR
Could we reach HIGHER than Average as suggested when the cost of discovery IS at the lower end of the spectrum?
Why not a 50% Premium ASSUMING the Industry Average Cost remains Flat. Odds are if GOLD is UP AVERAGE should follow meaning a 50% premium could be at a higher AVERAGE price but let's leave that aside.
Industry Average + 50%. $121/$5.00 = 24X
Industry Average + 50%. $121/$2.50 = 48X
All I can say is I DREAM of 7 Cents. I know many might get spooked, heck most but unless the GOLD Narrative dies off 7 Cents would really get me going.
Until then, Sweet Dreams :)
