Yes we all know what ellipses are that is common knowledge but it is cute that you are proud of knowing that. However when you use what comes before the ellipses as the basis of a false accusation than you are guilty of deceit.

BTW: "Ellipses are three periods, one right after another. You can use ellipses to cut out extraneous information and wording from a quotation and to indicate to your reader that you have done so."
