Orogenic gold overview
While we are waiting (and waiting) for drill results, I thought you might find this primer on orogenic gold deposits interesting.

It's done by Goldfields and I think it is must read for anyone seriously into junior mining precious metal speculation. There are quite a few jrs in Victoria, and invariably they are all playing the "Fosterville" card. What I found very interesting was that orogenic deposits often form clusters. What most intrigued me about E79 was that the Myrtleford property had these defined clusters of shallow high grade mineralisation along defined trends. To my knowledge none of the other juniors in the region have demonstrated anything like this. What I'm looking for int he intermediate - long term is what they can define under the several km strike at happy valley, not just what holes 4, 5, 6 and 7 show. I know "district scale" gets thrown around a lot, and I'm not meaning to pump, but multi km strike length in addition to high grade has me very intrigued.
