Email from Boris I emailed him again. he says HRE should be trading by Tuesday and he didnt directly say negotiations with the Republic have started but said they should be finished by spring.
Here is his response:
We should have our share back trading by Tuesday - have to clear formalities with TMX.
As for negotiations with KR, indication is that we should be done by spring time as they have to set-up proper legal structure to insure investment protection.
