They announced the appointment of John Schaub as its Chief Product Officer. He’s held senior roles in core banking, payments fraud prevention, insurance, compliance, and analytics, and will be instrumental in building out $LYNX ‘s single payment platform infrastructure.
As well, $LYNX announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of CDN$980,800.00. They intend to use the net proceeds of the Offering for development of the company's business and general working capital.
