You don't think anything has to happen before they call lut the cement trucks? Have you ever built anything (not counting Lego)? Ever? Even a housing development takes years. Tell us why you think 18 months is too long, or are you suggesting it should be longer? There are more logical explanations for the share price. Nothing surprising. Also wondering why you decided to get your kicks on this board.
