Your tax dollars at work. One of JT's favourite institutions. It's a bit dated i.e. April 2021 but they are not going away anytime soon.

Just think of all the dollars he could put into windmills if he got rid of this bureaucracy. But he would like both -- after all it's just tax payers money!
