Katie also doesn't mention the recent resource expansion (in the high grade zone too boot) that will also play favorably in the DFS. Leaving some NAV upside on the table.

(Also, she just calls it a FS when the company already has a FS, and for a long time has been saying this is a much more important DFS (as final constuction and project decisions are based on this). IMO a very material error in judgement and portrayal. (And I WAS a Bay Street Mining Analyst last decade I'll say.)
