Value of a 270,000 t a year mill

Value of a 270,000 t a year millif i was a co that had ore to process at 5 gr per ton and had no mill to process the ore what would i do.
Would i try to find a mill to process my ore for a fee or would i try to buy a mill that could process 270,000t per year.
If i can buy a mill what would be the price to pay to purchase.
My calculation would be :
270k t at 5 gr par ton would be producing 43,548 oz of gold.
I could assume a cost of $1000 us for all expenses including transport and processing.
The net result would be a profit of  $800 us per oz = $34,838m us converted to ca = $44,100m per year .The mill with all the permits would be 3-5 times the profit =
Abcourt has a mill that can process that amount of ore per year.
Sleeping Giant mine has  ore grade of maybe 11g per ton.
Sleeping mine has no transport   cost and the grade is 2 x Elder.
Even if we closed Elder and only concrentrated on SG  we would have a potential of $44m- to $88m profit a year.
The whole company and all mines properties and mill  is worth $30m market cap on the stockmarket.
There is really a big problem with the $30m mcap.
If we as shareholders cannot realize that and help get the Mcap way higher  we are at a serious risk of a  take over , either public or private.
We have to realize that the value of this co is minimum 5 times the mcap.
I hope my calculations are correct .
Fernand
