$186 million/ 13 million shares = $14 per share I have never said this play is without risk. My thoughts were and still are don't sell the farm but worth a gamble with your mad money.
I have been following Agra mainly on other bullboards and what information I can gleam from management, which is little of late. This play has always
been risky. Board dominated by players hurt from the past, new mgt trying to find their way around, one of the most foul mouth and bashed stocks I have
ever seen, allegations of monkey business by previous management to name a few. One or two that I thought were bashers might be on the up and up
but it is hard to tell with all the two line bashers cluttering the board. Like I said I sold part of my holding until the dust settles. Had I known the
investigative claim was real I most likely would have sold none or not as much. Still hold a substantial position and will be holding. May even add after the 30
day hold period. Coopens, Fitzmaurice and Houweling have got to be concerned. Their reputation could be at stake. I have been wrong many times, but
just can't see the three of them knowingly in on a scam. The two ladies would have their careers to gamble and Houweling has a greenhouse empire and
you would think does not need Agra. Hopefully the mid-night oil is burning and we will get more clarification this week. They are going to have to
hire another Nick to deal with all the angry inquiries from shareholders. Not sure where that $186 million dollar figure came from but divided by 13 milion
shares it comes to $14 a share by my calculation. Hope they realize summer comes to an end on Tuesday, so the crop should have been sold by know unless their are problems.
