What would be a fair buyout price for Xebec?

What would be a fair buyout price for Xebec? If Xebec were to receive a buyout offer, what do you think a fair price would be, and which company do you think would be the most likely to make such an offer? I'm not sure which company would be most likely to make a buyout offer, but a 40% buyout premium to market value would not be unusual for a small cap stock. At a 40% premium to current market value, the buyout would be at approximately $4 per share. I bought the bulk of my shares back in March at an average of $4.36, so I'm hoping there isn't a hostile takeover of Xebec anytime soon.
