RE:Small CapsI agree, I believe a rotation back into small caps is fairly likely sooner rather than later. The vicious beating that small caps have endured over the past 8 months is not going to last forever.

We would say fairly good. The small cap performance divergence has been very high on an historical basis. We have seen some studies showing the group is cheaper (relatively) than it has been in 10 years. Q4 is often good for the sector.
