RE:What would be a fair buyout price for Xebec?

RE:What would be a fair buyout price for Xebec?Pretty tough to do a hostile takeover at 4 dollars if most shareholders are still red at 4 they would never agree to it.

I'm not sure which company would be most likely to make a buyout offer, but a 40% buyout premium to market value would not be unusual for a small cap stock. At a 40% premium to current market value, the buyout would be at approximately $4 per share. I bought the bulk of my shares back in March at an average of $4.36, so I'm hoping there isn't a hostile takeover of Xebec anytime soon.
